This role involves working with the Soap Solutions production team and management to ensure optimal performance of factory floor equipment. Responsibilities include diagnosing and fixing breakdowns promptly, as well as implementing a preventive maintenance program to minimize disruptions and maximize productivity.
Requirements
- Licensed Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Chemical Engineer
- Masters Degree in Engineering or Mechanical assembly-related course.
- 5 years of relevant experience in the last 10 years from the top manufacturing companies in the Philippines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of motor, servomotor, and drive technology.
- Experience in setting up packaging machines to run different-sized products.
- Intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience in the manufacturing and packaging sector or FMCG equipment
