- Has NCII in Caregiving or a Graduate of any Bachelors degree
- 27 - 40 years
- at least 1 year of working experience in any health related field and/or primary health care
- Pass the English proficiency test: 4 in all skills
- No outstanding disciplinary proceedings and no previous serious criminal convictions
